Dr. Olav Kjellvold Olsen

Dr. Olav Kjellvold Olsen has a background as a military officer for 27 years, and he was the Head of Leadership Training at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy for several years.
He is a graduate of the Royal Naval Academy in 1991 and has a Master of Science degree in Theology and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bergen, wherein he wrote a thesis entitled “Are moral leaders good leaders?” Today, he works as a full-time Professor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bergen, and as adjunct Professor at BI Norwegian Business School.
