Ms. Maren Nygård Basso

Ms. Maren Nygård Basso works as a Senior Economist at Menon Economics. She has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oslo, in addition to a Master’s degree in International Business from EAE Business School in Barcelona. Ms. Basso has worked in Menon Economics for almost five years and is one of the key resources on projects related to the maritime industry. She is an important resource in the maritime industry analysis conducted by the company, in addition to relevant projects related to the green transition and industry development. This has given her valuable insight about the maritime industry. Ms. Basso s also leading the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association’s Maritime Trainee Program.
