Mr. Lars Peder Solstad

Mr. Lars Peder Solstad is educated Master Mariner and has an extensive background from the maritime industry. He began his Solstad career in 1989, working onboard several of the company’s vessels. In 1996, he started onshore, in the chartering department and became Managing Director of the management company Solstad Shipping in 1999. Since 2002 he has been Chief Executive Officer of the main company Solstad Offshore ASA.
In 2014-2016, Mr. Solstad served as President of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association.
Mr. Lars Peder Solstad is the son of the founder Mr. Johannes Solstad that started the company in 1964.
