Francisco G. Delfin Jr.

Mr. Francisco G. Delfin Jr. (“Jun”) is Vice President & COO of PetroGreen Energy Corp. (PGEC) and President of Maibarara Geothermal Inc. (MGI). He is a geologist with a PhD in public policy and administration from the University of Southern California. His experience spans private industry (with the Yuchengco Group of Companies since 2008), government (as DOE Asst. Secretary and Undersecretary during the Arroyo administration), academia (Asst. Professor at UP National College of Public Administration & Governance) and non-profit (2009 President of the Geological Society of the Philippines).
